Return and refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We have a 24-hour return policy for our fresh food and beverage items, and a 7-day return policy for retail merchandise and unopened packaged goods. To be eligible for a return, please contact us within these timeframes after receiving your items at sales@therawtemple.com.

Food & Beverage Returns

Due to the nature of our raw, fresh products, we can only accept returns or provide refunds for food and beverage items within 24 hours of purchase and only if there is a quality issue. The item must remain unopened and temperature-controlled. For prepared foods and drinks consumed on premises, please notify our staff immediately of any concerns.

Non-Food Item Returns

For retail items like crystal bottles, wellness journals, or merchandise, items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized cleanse packages
  • Opened food or beverage products
  • Used personal care items
  • Sale items and event tickets
  • Wholesale orders (covered under separate agreement)

Event & Workshop Bookings

Cancellations made 48 hours before the event start time are eligible for a full refund. Later cancellations may receive credit for future events.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. For cash payments, refunds will be processed at our location.
